We offer free shipping and returns on orders within the continental U.S. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 9am-7pm. All delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
We accept returns within 90 days of your purchase for a full refund. All return items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Please contact us at email@example.com to initiate a return. Please look at your return shipping label closely to determine if you should return it to a USPS location or UPS location. We use both services. If you would like to exchange your item, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement. If items arrived damaged or the incorrect item was sent, we will rectify the situation free of charge.
Please take a look at your tracking number to make sure there wasn't a delay before reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accidentally picked up your package.
You can track your package by clicking “track my order” in your shipping confirmation email. It will take a day or two for your tracking information to appear.
Sizing varies between styles. Check out our "Size Guide” with detailed product measurements on each product page. Additional fit information is included in the product description and details.
We currently ship to all U.S. states. At this time we do not offer delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO or US Territories.
